5. The MORE SPORTS the BETTER

It’s so important for our kids to play as many sports as they can – for as long as they can. Specialising too early only leads to burnout, injuries and most of all – loss of enjoyment.

Where as playing multiple sports helps develop new skills, game-smarts, team play and an overall love of playing sport. Not to mention creating new friendships and experiences. 

And for those kids who aspire to become elite athletes one day, they’ll stand a far greater chance of realising their dream if they’ve played multiple sports growing up.
